has just seen a lady in a chelsea tractor on the phone. grrr.

Sick of seeing people driving in cars and on the phone? It’s illegal, dangerous and i do not like it. So now when i see someone doing it i will where possible take a photo on my phone of the person and their number plate. And blog it here with date, time and location. Name and shame is the game.
